Uses of Chiropractics

  • Back Pain - One of the most common health complaints in the world. The chiropractic approach to back pain is to help restore better motion and position to the spinal cord. This helps decrease inflammation so the slow process of healing can begin.
  • Neck Pain/Whiplash - Caused by the head being "whipped around" on the neck causing a subluxation or misalignment of the neck. Chiropractors can realign the affected cervical spinal nerves and bones for relief.
  • Headaches - Chiropractors correct the cause, stretched or compressed nerve endings or blood vessels, rather than giving painkillers and other drugs which only treat the symptoms, by freeing the nerve endings.
  • Arthritis - For arthritis suffers, chiropractic care is a system of healthcare that improves the function of your entire body by removing or releasing blockages from your spine and structural system.
  • Sciatica - If you have sciatica, from whatever cause, a chiropractic adjustment is needed to remove pressure from your nerves, rebalance your spine, and takes stress off your discs.
  • Scoliosis - Recent research suggesting that scoliosis may be caused by a neurological defect reinforces the validity of the chiropractic approach that corrects conditions that interfere with the proper functioning of the nervous system and the body as a whole.
  • Fibromyalgia - A condition with fatigue, shooting or burning in muscles and "tender points" throughout the body. Chiropractic care relieves these conditions with adjustments, a proper food plan, and natural supplements.
